EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Editora Napoleão works to make you feel fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to exchange a product, below you will find everything you need to know about our Exchange Policy.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Our Call Center is available to help and guide you in cases of exchanges and returns of purchases. We take the greatest care in the handling and delivery of our products, however some incidents may occasionally happen during transport to their final destination.

 

If you receive the product with the packaging violated, refuse to receive it. Doubts, questions, malfunctions or the product does not comply with your order, please contact our Call Center.

 

PERIOD FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The period for exchanging or returning the products is up to seven (7) calendar days.

 

In the event of a defective product, the period for exchanging or returning the products by the customer is up to ninety (90) consecutive days.
